This week Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) has been working alongside leading Welsh foodservice providers in their bid to win new customers in the domestic UK market.
Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) is aiming to help Welsh schools teach children the facts about healthy balanced diets by funding teacher training courses, alongside helping to provide resources to support teaching food in the curriculum.
It’s now less than 200 days until the start of the Rugby World Cup in Japan. But this week another Welsh team is aiming to make an early impact in the country, as a delegation of red meat exporters head to the important Foodex trade fair in Tokyo, which is expected to attract 85,000 visitors.
